What were your views on last week's 4-0 defeat by Crewe Alexandra?

Saturday was the remains left behind by a disastrous 13 months in charge by Martin Allen.

We have an unmotivated, unfit and unbalanced squad who don't seem to take any pride in wearing the shirt. While Martin Allen is largely responsible some of the players should be ashamed of themselves. They could do a lot worse than take a leaf out of Julian Alsop's book and at least show some commitment.

Is this the lowest ebb the club has reached since joining the Football League?

Without a doubt. If anyone was unsure of the severity of the mess we are in, they will now know. The club have a major task on their hands to retain the League status we fought so hard to achieve.

What would you like to see done?

It is difficult until Allen has gone for the club to speak about the future and this uncertainty hasn't helped anyone. The Allen situation needs to be resolved ASAP so we know who is in charge and what direction we are going in.

What should the team be for Torquay and why?

4-4-2: S Brown; D Bird, A Gallinagh, M Townsend, L Ridley; J Low, M Pook, F Artus, D Hutton; J Alsop, E Hammond (play him down the middle).

I think John Schofield should play two wingers with Alsop up top, Pook to win the ball and Artus to get it out wide. It's a cup tie so lets have a go.

How do you see the game going?

Win, lose or draw I would like to see some pride in a committed performance that the supporters can appreciate. Having said that, financially and motivationally, a cup run could be just what we need. I predict a 1-1 draw to bring them back to the Abbey Business Stadium for a replay.
