Another string to her bow
VIOLIN virtuoso Vanessa Mae is coming to Westonbirt Arboretum in the summer as part of the Forestry Commission's 2009 concert series.
The star had three classical albums to her credit when she was only 13 years old.

In her mid-teens, she shattered the mould of the classical player with the release of her album The Violin Player.
It was a multi-million-selling worldwide phenomenon and defined the fusion of classical and pop that became known as crossover.
Worldwide sales of her releases have topped 10 million so far, earning more than 40 international platinum awards.
The Forestry Commission is bringing such artists to Westonbirt to introduce the venue to new audiences.
This year saw The Zutons, Crowded House and Status Quo take to the stage in the beautiful surroundings of the arboretum.
Vanessa Mae arrives with her orchestra on July 18 next year.
Tickets cost £30 and are available from 9am on Friday by calling 01842 814612 or visiting the website www.forestry.gov.uk/music.
