AN English test stands between new Gloucester recruit Lua Lokotui and his Kingsholm arrival.
The 32-year-old lock holds both New Zealand and Tonga passports.

Provided he enters the UK on his Tonga passport, he will qualify under the Kolpak agreement and will not count as a 'foreign' star at Kingsholm.
But in order to do that the imposing Tonga lock must complete the formality of an English test, to obtain the correct visa.

Gloucester boss Nigel Davies said the former Hawke's Bay captain will have no trouble going through the process, but admitted it might hold up his arrival slightly.
Rugby director Davies explained: "We could get him here pretty quickly on his New Zealand passport, but he's got a Tongan passport as well and there's more advantage to him arriving on that.
"But to do that he has to take an English test – there's nothing wrong with his English it's just about organising that.
"So we expect him here in the next two or three weeks really."
Lokotui signed an 18-month deal with Gloucester last week, to provide cover for Alex Brown's season-ending shoulder injury.
After impressing for Tonga at last year's World Cup, the former Stade Francais second row helped Wellington Lions to the semi-final of the New Zealand National Provincial Championship.
