Four topiary balls stolen from snooker venue
Thieves have stolen decorative topiary balls that adorned a snooker venue in Quedgeley.
The Capital Venue, in Waterwells, spent £60 on the four leafy balls and installed them three weeks ago in an effort to spruce up their otherwise industrial-looking building.
But on Tuesday night thieves stolen them.
Commercial director Morray Dolan said: "We came in this morning to find they were gone.
Gents, come in to Earl's & Co and enjoy a haircut and finish, glass of whisky and a shoeshine for £18.50

"I know it is a minor theft but it is very frustrating because we have worked hard to make the venue as attractive as possible for the various community groups who use it."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101 quoting crime number 129 of September 18.
