â Michael Thomas Aplin, 58, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to prison for six weeks.
â Aaron Collins, 20, of Drayton Way, Gloucester. Assault by beating (2 charges), undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods. Community Order for 12 months, £100 compensation, £85 costs.
â Nicholas Alexander Rothery, 28, of Rookery Road, Innsworth, Gloucester. Assault by beating. Community Order for two years, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

â Annette Marie Dawson, 45, of Millend Street, Mitcheldean. Assaulting a police officer in th execution of her duty. Fined £55, £35 compensation, £100 costs.
â Katherine Alexandra Elliott, 41, of Shepherds Leaze, Wotton Under Edge. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £50, £115 costs, three penalty points.
â Simon Lee Coates, 35, of Springfields, Dursley. Being in possession of class A drugs and class B drugs, resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fined £520, £50 compensation, £115 costs.
â David Ivor Elsmore, 66, Fernbank, Ruardean Hill, Drybrook. Drink driving. Fined £372, £65 costs, disqualified from driving for 23 years.
â Sarah Prankerd, 34, of Glenure Court, Cirencester Road, Cheltenham. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £60, £15 costs, three penalty points.

â Marcus Grimster, 40, of Yew Tree Close, Swindon Village, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs, being in possession of weapon, namely a pepper spray, in a public place. Fined £300, £100 costs.
â Francis Peter Miles, 55, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to prison for 18 weeks.
â Shayne Troy Joyce, 21, of Bath Parade, Cheltenham. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention and without a licence or insurance, failing to stop for a police officer. Fined £300, £100, nine penalty points.
